Refund Policy

  • We take pride in supplying only 100% genuine Quooker products. To maintain quality and fairness, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds are only available for products returned within 14 days of delivery.

    Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Installed or used products are not eligible for refunds due to safety reasons.

    Non-Refundable Items

    Any product that has been installed, connected, or used.

    Clearance, sale, or promotional items. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

    Return Process

  • Customers must contact us at support@flowtapdirect.co.uk before returning any product.

    Returns must be approved and include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.

    Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

  • Inspection & Approval

    Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • Refunds are approved only if the product is in 100% resalable condition.

    If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    In the rare case a product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Orders over £499 qualify for free next-day dispatch (UK mainland).

  • Orders under £499 will incur a £9.99 flat delivery charge.

  • Dispatch time: Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • We use trusted couriers (DPD / DHL) with tracking provided once shipped.
